Once upon a time, a Maileg princess mouse lay on top of seven soft mattresses but something didn't feel quite right.....This enchanting Princess and the Pea set brings the classic Hans Christian Andersen fairytale to life in true Maileg style - thoughtfully detailed, beautifully made and full of miniature charm.
Tucked inside a keepsake castle box is a beautiful Big Sister Princess Mouse dressed in a golden crown and pretty dress, resting on a stack of colourful mattresses. Hidden underneath them all? A teeny tiny pea, of course! Based on a classic fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen in which a prince searches far and wide for a real Princess, this is a whimsical story in a box, ready to be told again and again.

Orders are despatched with Royal Mail Tracked service. Larger orders are sent with DHL.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a despatch confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Extended Christmas Gift Returns:
Any items purchased as Christmas gifts between 1st November and 24th December 2025 may be returned or exchanged up until 24th January 2026, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and meet our standard returns criteria.
