Djeco Tinyly
We can’t help but adore the Djeco Tinyly world. Created by French artist, Virginie Brachet, Tinyly is a range of delicate figurines and dolls' houses designed to transport children aged 4 to 9 into a enchanted world of make believe. - Most orders are despatched with Royal Mail Tracked. Larger orders are sent with DHL.
- Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way with a tracking link so you can track your order.
- You will receive further updates about your delivery from Royal Mail via email and/or SMS.
Urgent or Next-Day Delivery
Need your order urgently? We may be able to arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day, with delivery by the end of the next day.
This is a fully tracked service with a signature on delivery. Prices start from £10.95 and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery postcode.
Free delivery on orders over £60 applies to our standard UK delivery service only. Royal Mail Special Delivery is charged separately at the quoted rate, regardless of the value of the order.
Please contact us before ordering, telling us which items you would like, your delivery postcode and the date you need your order. We will check that the items are available, confirm whether next-day delivery is possible and let you know the exact cost.
Once confirmed, you can place your order through the website using the standard UK delivery option. We will then email you an invoice for the outstanding amount.
For same-day dispatch, both the order and the additional delivery payment must be received by 10am. Availability is subject to stock location, parcel size and Royal Mail delivery restrictions.
Please note that someone should be available to accept the parcel. The delivery charge cannot be refunded if Royal Mail attempts delivery on time but no one is available to accept it.
Delivery to Northern Ireland
As of 13th December 2024 we are unable to send orders to Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations.
Delivery outside the UK
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders outside of the UK.
Further Delivery Information
To enhance clarity regarding our UK delivery policies, please note the following guidelines:
- Non-receipt of parcel after dispatch notification: If you do not receive your parcel within seven days of receiving our despatch email, please contact us immediately so we can investigate for you.
- Discrepancy between Royal Mail's Proof of Delivery and your actual receipt: If Royal Mail's tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please inform us within 10 days at the latest. Royal Mail will only investigate if the issue is reported within 10 days of the recorded delivery date. If the issue is not reported within this timeframe we may be not be able to investigate, issue a refund, or send a replacement.
- Deliveries to customer-specified Safe Places: If you designate a 'safe place' for delivery and Royal Mail confirms delivery to that location, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring thereafter. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.
- Uncollected parcels held at Royal Mail Delivery Offices: If a parcel is returned to the Royal Mail Delivery Office due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt and is not collected within the holding period, it will be returned to us. Upon return, we can either issue a refund for the product cost, excluding the original shipping fee, or resend the parcel upon your request. Please note, resending the parcel will require payment of a new postage fee.
Deliveries to Business Addresses, Hotels, and Places of Work
If you choose to have your order delivered to a business premises, shop, hotel, or place of work, please be aware that we will obtain proof of delivery from Royal Mail or DHL, either in the form of a photo or a signature. This constitutes confirmation that the item has been delivered. Once delivery has been confirmed, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel not being passed on to you by the receiving party.
Deliveries to Freight Forwarders
If you choose to have your order delivered to a freight forwarding company, please note that we will obtain proof of delivery from Royal Mail or DHL, either via photo or signature. This proof confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided. Our responsibility ends once the item has been successfully delivered to the freight forwarder.
