We really hope you love your purchase. But if you are not happy with the item, for any reason, then you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
We simply ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing email@example.com telling us whether you would like a refund or replacement. After you have informed us that you are returning the item, you have a further 14 days to send it back to us at the address provided.
The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund your return postage costs.
Please note that if the returned item is not in a saleable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund and we will have to send the item back to you.
We recommend that you return your item to us using a service that provides you with proof of postage.
When we have received the item in a suitable condition we will process the refund or replacement within two working days and confirm the refund by email.
We have extended our returns period for items purchased as Christmas gifts. Items purchased between 1st November and 20th December may be returned until 31 January 2024. The usual conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition and box, with any tags attached. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.
