Returns
We really hope you love your purchase. But if you are not happy with the item, for any reason, then you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
We simply ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@yoyoandflo.com telling us whether you would like a refund or replacement.
The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund your return postage costs.
Please note that if the returned item is not in a saleable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund and we will have to send the item back to you.
We recommend that you return your item to us using a service that provides you with proof of postage.
When we have received the item in a suitable condition we will process the refund or replacement within two working days and confirm the refund by email.
Returns from outside of the UK
If you are wish to return anything in your order please note that returns are at the customer's expense. We regret that we are unable to arrange exchanges for orders outside of the UK and Channel Islands.
