What is Club Yoyo?
Club Yoyo is our loyalty rewards scheme - you can earn Yoyo Points which you can then turn into rewards.
You can access Club Yoyo at any time by clicking on the Rewards button at the bottom of your screen. The Club Yoyo panel will pop up, and from there you can complete different actions to earn points, redeem points and view your points status.
How do I earn Yoyo Points?
Join Club Yoyo to earn 200 points - simply create an account and we’ll give you 200 points right away.
Place an order to earn 5 points for every £1 spent.
Refer a Friend - Your friend will receive a £5 discount voucher to spend with us when they place an order over £20. As soon as they've placed their order we'll send you a £5 discount voucher for you to spend on your next order over £20. Feel free to refer as many friends as you like!
How do I turn my Yoyo Points into rewards?
Once you have accumulated a certain number of points, you can then redeem your points for reward vouchers to spend with us. You can do this by clicking the Rewards button at the bottom of your screen.
500 Yoyo Points will earn you a free shipping voucher (to use on any order over £25).
1000 Yoyo Points will earn you a £10 discount voucher.
2000 Yoyo Points will earn you a £20 discount voucher.
Please note that Yoyo reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
How do I know how many Yoyo Points I have?
You can view your points status by clicking on the Rewards button in the bottom corner of any page. This will launch the Club Yoyo panel from where you can view the number of points you have available.
