Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £3.95

Delivery for orders over £50 is free of charge.

All orders are despatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Occasionally we will use UPS or DHL for larger orders.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way.

You will receive further updates about your delivery from Royal Mail via email and/or SMS.

Worldwide Delivery 

We deliver to the USA using DHL Express (3 to 5 business days). Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. 

If you are outside of the UK/USA and would like to place an order please email us at hello@yoyoandflo.com telling us which item(s) you would like to order and we will provide you with a no obligation delivery quote.

We may not be able to deliver to some countries due to issues with customs or local lockdowns due to Covid.

Please be aware that you may be liable for taxes and duty in your country. This includes countries within the EU.

Returns

We really hope you love your purchase. But if you are not happy with the item, for any reason, then you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

We simply ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@yoyoandflo.com and telling us whether you would like a refund or replacement. After you have informed us that you are returning the item, you have a further 14 days to send it back to us at the address provided.

The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund your return postage costs.

Please note that if the returned item is not in a saleable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund and we will have to send the item back to you.

We recommend that you return your item to us using a service that provides you with proof of postage.

When we have received the item in a suitable condition we will process the refund or replacement within two working days and confirm receipt by email.

Gift Wrapping

If you'd like to send a gift, we can gift wrap your order for you and send it directly to the recipient. All you need to do is select the gift wrapping option when adding an item to your cart, enter your gift message and we'll do the rest!
