Delivery

  • Standard UK delivery is £3.95
  • Delivery for orders over £50 is free of charge.
  • Most orders are despatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger orders are sent with DHL.
  • Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way with a tracking link so you can track your order.
  • You will receive further updates about your delivery from Royal Mail via email and/or SMS.

Worldwide Delivery 

  • We deliver to the USA using DHL Express. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout and is determined by the items in your order. When your order has been despatched you will receive an email with tracking details and further updates from DHL.
  • Please note that you may be liable for taxes and customs.
  • Returns from the USA are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  • We regret that we are unable to arrange exchanges for orders outside of the UK and Channel Islands.
  • If you are outside of the USA, UK and Channel Islands please contact us for a delivery quote.

Returns

We really hope you love your purchase. But if you are not happy with the item, for any reason, then you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

We simply ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@yoyoandflo.com and telling us whether you would like a refund or replacement.

The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund your return postage costs.

Please note that if the returned item is not in a saleable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund and we will have to send the item back to you.

We recommend that you return your item to us using a service that provides you with proof of postage.

When we have received the item in a suitable condition we will process the refund or replacement within two working days and confirm receipt by email.

Returns from outside of the UK

  • Returns from the USA are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  • We regret that we are unable to arrange exchanges for orders outside of the UK and Channel Islands.

Gift Wrapping

If you'd like to send a gift, we can gift wrap your order for you and send it directly to the recipient. All you need to do is select the gift wrapping option when adding an item to your cart, enter your gift message and we'll do the rest!
