- Standard UK delivery is £3.95 (3 to 5 business days)
- Delivery for orders over £60 is free of charge.
- Most orders are despatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger orders are sent with DHL.
- Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way with a tracking link so you can track your order.
- You will receive further updates about your delivery from Royal Mail via email and/or SMS.
To enhance clarity regarding our UK delivery policies, please note the following guidelines:
- Non-receipt of parcel after dispatch notification: If you do not receive your parcel within seven days of receiving our despatch email, please contact us immediately so we can investigate for you.
- Discrepancy between Royal Mail's Proof of Delivery and your actual receipt: If Royal Mail's tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please inform us within 10 days at the latest. Royal Mail will only investigate if the issue is reported within 10 days of the recorded delivery date. If the issue is not reported within this timeframe we may be not be able to investigate, issue a refund, or send a replacement.
- Deliveries to customer-specified Safe Places: If you designate a 'safe place' for delivery and Royal Mail confirms delivery to that location, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring thereafter. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.
- Uncollected parcels held at Royal Mail Delivery Offices: If a parcel is returned to the Royal Mail Delivery Office due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt and is not collected within the holding period, it will be returned to us. Upon return, we can either issue a refund for the product cost, excluding the original shipping fee, or resend the parcel upon your request. Please note, resending the parcel will require payment of a new postage fee.
Deliveries to Business Addresses, Hotels, and Places of Work
If you choose to have your order delivered to a business premises, shop, hotel, or place of work, please be aware that we will obtain proof of delivery from Royal Mail or DHL, either in the form of a photo or a signature. This constitutes confirmation that the item has been delivered. Once delivery has been confirmed, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel not being passed on to you by the receiving party. By selecting this type of delivery address, you accept that it is your responsibility to ensure the business, hotel, or workplace accepts the parcel on your behalf and passes it on to you.
Deliveries to Freight Forwarders
If you choose to have your order delivered to a freight forwarding company (such as Stackry, MyUS, Shipito, or Borderlinx), please note that we will obtain proof of delivery from Royal Mail or DHL, either via photo or signature. This proof confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided. Once delivery to the freight forwarder has been confirmed, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or issues that occur after this point, including delays or problems during the onward international shipment. By using a freight forwarding service, you accept full responsibility for liaising with them regarding the handling and forwarding of your parcel. Our responsibility ends once the item has been successfully delivered to the freight forwarder.
Worldwide Delivery

- Returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We regret that we are unable to arrange exchanges for orders outside of the UK and Channel Islands.
Delivery to Northern Ireland
As of 13th December 2024 we are unable to send orders to Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations. We hope that this will be a temporary situation and we'll be able to resume delivery to Northern Ireland very soon.
Delivery to the USA
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States due to ongoing issues with high and unpredictable import tariffs and customs charges. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and hope to resume deliveries in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
