The features on Eglantine's sweet face have embroidered and screen-printed to create a beautiful and expressive face. Her stunning outfit includes a full skirted, pale blue midi dress, accessorised with a little gold coloured handbag. Her soft velvet hair is styled in a braid around her crown.

Most orders are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48. We use DHL for larger items. When your order has been shipped, we will email you a despatch confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery outside of the UK
We deliver to the USA using DHL Express (3 to 5 business days). Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
If you are outside of the UK/USA and would like to place an order please email us at hello@yoyoandflo.com telling us which item(s) you would like to order and we will provide you with a no obligation delivery quote.
We may not be able to deliver to some countries due to issues with customs or local lockdowns due to Covid.
Please be aware that you may be liable for taxes and duty in your country. This includes countries within the EU.
Returns outside of the UK
We are happy to accept returns, as per our returns policy, from outside the UK but please be advised that returns are at the customer's expense. Therefore please check your order carefully once you receive your order confirmation. We include as much information as possible regarding Maileg size but if you are unsure about anything please contact us and we will be happy to help.
