Why Pre-Order the new Maileg collection?
As the new Maileg collections are always in such high demand (and some pieces often sell out quickly) we are offering you the option of pre-ordering the new Autumn Winter 2026 collection now.
When will my pre-ordered Maileg items be delivered?
The new Maileg collection will be arriving with us in separate deliveries. The estimated arrival date is shown on the product page on the website. Please note, this is only an estimate. It is possible that the date may change after you have placed your order. The product may arrive later than the date originally quoted (and sometimes earlier).
Will you send items separately?
In most cases we will send your order complete. This means that if you order in-stock items in the same order as pre-order items, your in-stock items will be held for you and despatched together with your pre-order items when they arrive. If you need your in-stock items immediately please place a separate order for them.
We usually send pre-orders once all items in the order have arrived. If your order includes several pre-order items with different expected arrival dates, your order will normally be sent when the final item has arrived.
Occasionally, if items are due to arrive several weeks or months apart, we may split your order into more than one parcel at no extra cost to you.
What if I have a question about my Maileg pre-order or want to get an update?

What if my Maileg pre-order is delayed?
We will of course keep you updated if your pre-order items are delayed and you may cancel or exchange your pre-order items at any time prior to despatch.
